Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid Working
Brookbanks design and deliver complex mixed-use, major residential, and commercial build projects between £5m to £500m. As a Marketing Coordinator you'll:
- Ensure a professional, consistent, and recognisable brand image across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and update marketing collateral to support business growth and strengthen our market presence.
- Manage the delivery of the new website project and ongoing website development.
- Oversee social media activity, working with the Marketing Assistant on content creation, Canva graphics, and scheduling.
- Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Deliver marketing campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help build a brand that people recognise, trust, and want to work with.

What do we look for?
- Enthusiastic character with the ability to independently create content including Canva posts
- An interest in property development/construction
- Ability to take initiative and come up with ideas
- Confident to liaise with Directors and other senior members of the business
- Written and verbal communication skills with good grammar
- Driving license for occasional site visits
