Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid Working

Brookbanks design and deliver complex mixed-use, major residential, and commercial build projects between £5m to £500m. As a Marketing Coordinator you'll:

  • Ensure a professional, consistent, and recognisable brand image across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop and update marketing collateral to support business growth and strengthen our market presence.
  • Manage the delivery of the new website project and ongoing website development.
  • Oversee social media activity, working with the Marketing Assistant on content creation, Canva graphics, and scheduling.
  • Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help build a brand that people recognise, trust, and want to work with.

What do we look for?

  • Enthusiastic character with the ability to independently create content including Canva posts
  • An interest in property development/construction
  • Ability to take initiative and come up with ideas
  • Confident to liaise with Directors and other senior members of the business
  • Written and verbal communication skills with good grammar
  • Driving license for occasional site visits
