About Us

Profilm Advanced Materials Ltd is a manufacturer and distributor of premium window and paint protection films. Our customers include vehicle manufacturers, car dealer groupings, and installers in around sixty countries.

We're now looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our brand and drive the marketing campaigns that will have Profilm stand out in a crowded market.

The Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the guardian of the Profilm global brand and the driving force behind our marketing activity. Working closely with our senior sales team, you'll plan and deliver creative, insight-led campaigns across all the digital platforms.

This is a genuinely hands-on role in a small, ambitious team, where you'll shape strategy one day and roll your sleeves up on content the next.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan for Profilm, closely aligned to revenue targets.
  • Own and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and customer experience across every touchpoint.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns spanning digital advertising, social media, email, tradeshows (SEMA, Shenzhen Auto & Automechanika), on-site events, and print.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance to senior leadership.
  • Manage our website and paid media activity, using data and analytics to continually improve performance and return on spend.
  • Produce a monthly newsletter/blog for our community.
  • Create and commission engaging content — photography, video, copy, and social — that authentically reflects our brand.
  • Build strong relationships with our distributors and direct customers, guiding them to contribute to our brand development.
  • Shape initiatives and events programmes that build community, drive new traffic, and generate word-of-mouth advocacy.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to keep our pricing, positioning, and propositions sharp across all our geographies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
