Lead Generation Coordinator

Russell Publishing has an exciting new role for a Lead Generation Coordinator to join and coordinate the delivery of Lead Generation activities ensuring excellent customer experience across all brands.

The ideal applicant will have 1 year of experience working in lead generation management or customer success or account management, ideally in digital media, publishing, or a related B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to support and optimise the delivery of Lead Generation Solution
  • Undertake required administration and maintain accurate records on all relevant systems
  • Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are maximised and fulfilled on schedule
  • Work with external vendor/partners to ensure successful delivery of each campaign type
  • Ensure processes, communications and reports are fulfilled to a quality standard
  • Follow up with clients for post campaign feedback and future campaign bookings
  • Support the timely delivery of each campaign
  • Ensure GDPR compliance

Key Skills/ Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in experience working in lead generation management or customer success, ideally in digital media, publishing, or a related B2B environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building.
  • Solution-driven with sound commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working across multiple brands or industry sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills including the ability to produce reports.
