Based at our Crawley Head Office, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home and a requirement to be in the office each Wednesday to support team collaboration.

About the role:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will support a range of digital marketing activities, including the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns, marketing automation workflows, and audience segmentation to drive engagement and lead generation. You will be responsible for maintaining website content, applying SEO best practices, and assisting with social media management.
You will also help plan and coordinate the company's participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. You will take ownership of allocated project workstreams, coordinate and manage sponsorship requests from across the business, and support the delivery of internal meetings and events when required. The role will also involve attending selected events across the UK.

In addition, you will provide general marketing support across the team, including managing marketing collateral and stock, coordinating photography and videography activities, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with a variety of ad hoc projects. You will contribute to the successful delivery of campaigns and initiatives while ensuring resources are organised and readily available.
A key aspect of the role will be analytics and reporting, including the preparation of post-project evaluations, tracking key performance indicators, collecting feedback, and analysing performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You will also maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, venues, agencies, and partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination throughout all stages of marketing projects.

What are we looking for?
- A passion for marketing, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- A marketing qualification (HND/CIM) or relevant experience.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with CMS, Salesforce, Pardot or similar marketing platforms is a bonus.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK (around 10%) and occasionally overseas.
- Full and valid right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
