That’s why we’ve created a vibrant range of products to make dental care a positive, joyful experience. Our high-quality designs bring warmth and comfort to practices, helping patients relax and smile with confidence.

We’re now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Head of Sales and Ecommerce with the organisation and delivery of our marketing activity.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive and accurate, enjoys getting things completed and is keen to develop their marketing experience.
The Head of Sales and Ecommerce will decide which products and offers we promote, provide the campaign concept and direction, and approve the final content. Your role will be to coordinate the actions, artwork, information and suppliers needed to bring those plans to life—keeping tasks and deadlines moving and checking every detail along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Helping coordinate monthly deal campaigns and agreed product promotions
- Maintaining the marketing calendar, task lists and deadlines
- Gathering approved product information, prices and images
- Sending clear instructions and information to our graphic designers in Poland
- Coordinating artwork amendments and corrected versions
- Following up on outstanding actions and keeping each campaign moving
- Checking that completed materials match the agreed campaign information before final approval
Physical Catalogues, Artwork & Print
- Providing our graphic team in Poland with the approved product information, prices, images, artwork and amendments required for each project
- Checking all completed artwork against the original brief and making sure the correct products, information, prices and images have been used
- Proofreading each version carefully and sending clear corrections back to the graphic team until everything is accurate
- Checking that amendments to the annual printed catalogue and mid-year digital catalogue have been completed correctly before sending them to the Head of Sales and Ecommerce for final review
- Providing the full product specifications, prices, images and artwork required for quarterly new-product flyers and catalogues, and checking the finished design follows the agreed template
- Checking monthly deal flyers follow the agreed design and campaign direction, contain the correct products and prices, and use the available space effectively
- Arranging the printing and distribution of approved monthly deal flyers and other physical marketing materials to customers

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
