This role will support the delivery of marketing activities across digital, print, social media, email, events, and learning platforms. The role involves creating and adapting marketing content for multiple channels using approved templates, brand guidelines, and existing assets, while maintaining marketing systems, supporting campaign delivery, and providing day-to-day marketing administration.
Your role
- Create, update, and adapt marketing content and assets, including graphics, branded templates, and short-form video content, for digital and print channels
- Schedule and publish social media content and maintain social media templates
- Support the creation and distribution of e-shots using internal CRM databases and maintain marketing contact records
- Maintain and update existing online platforms, including Sales Enablement and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Collect and maintain marketing data in line with company requirements
- Coordinate content submissions, approvals, and publishing across marketing channels
- Coordinate and support marketing events

Your profile
Essential Skills
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or administration role
- Experience in written communication and copywriting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms
- Experience managing content across multiple channels
Desirable Skills
- Experience with CELUM, Sprout Social, ShowPad, Certifier, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Basic video editing and formatting for social media content (e.g., reels, shorts, and promotional clips)
- Experience using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express to update graphics, resize assets, and create simple marketing collateral with brand guidelines
- Experience with website content management systems and email marketing
- Knowledge of digital asset management and marketing automation tools

This position offers a fixed-term contract for 24 months with a basic annual salary in the region of £35,000 - £40,000, dependent upon experience, and an annual bonus.
