About the opportunity
Via is supporting our client to recruit a Marketing Executive to join a growing marketing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build broad, hands-on marketing experience rather than being limited to one channel. You'll work across integrated campaigns covering email, social media, partnerships, content and performance reporting, supporting products including events, professional education, memberships and industry content.
You'll be given responsibility early while working alongside experienced marketing, sales, content, community and product teams.
What you'll be doing
- Help plan and deliver marketing campaigns from initial audience targeting through to conversion and reporting
- Support campaigns across email, social media, partnerships and affiliate channels
- Write engaging copy for emails, social posts and other campaign materials
- Build and manage audience and campaign data lists
- Track campaign performance, registrations, engagement and conversions
- Use campaign data to understand what's working and identify opportunities to improve results
- Develop a strong understanding of your target audiences and assigned product portfolio
- Work closely with sales, content, community and product teams to deliver joined-up campaigns
- Test new ideas, messaging and marketing tactics to improve performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
