Location: Hull

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience

The Role
We are looking for a creative, commercially aware, and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing, branding, and communications activity. This is a varied role where you will work closely with colleagues across the business to turn our products, projects, customer successes, and company news into engaging marketing and communications content. You will help strengthen our brand, manage our digital and social media presence, support PR and communications, and coordinate exhibitions and events. You will also work closely with our sales team to ensure marketing activity supports customer engagement and business development.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- An excellent and engaging writer with strong attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive, and confident taking ownership of projects.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Commercially aware, with an interest in understanding our customers, products, and industry.
- Confident creating content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across the business.
- Confident dealing with external suppliers, media contacts, and event organisers.
- Experienced in marketing, communications, PR, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photography/video, website management, analytics, or B2B marketing would be advantageous.
What You'll Do
You will play a key role in developing and delivering our marketing and communications activity, including:
- Managing PR, communications, social media, content, and branding.
- Helping communicate company news, events, and initiatives to employees.
- Supporting employee engagement, DEI, and company culture initiatives.
- Creating engaging content, case studies, customer stories, and marketing materials.
- Maintaining consistent application of the Paneltex brand across all channels.
- Supporting website and digital content.
- Building relationships with media and industry contacts.
- Coordinating exhibitions, events, and associated communications.
- Working with sales and colleagues across the business to identify marketing opportunities.
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing and communications performance.
