Location: BS40 - must be able to drive due to remote location
Job type: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Salary: From £27,000–£31,000 per annum, depending on experience. We are open to discussing a higher salary for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate strong, relevant experience.

About the Role
House of Amor is a fast-growing beauty brand specialising in easy-to-use DIY beauty products. We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with proven marketing experience who is confident creating high-quality content, understands what makes a campaign successful and wants to be involved across all areas of marketing.

Responsibilities
Content creation will be a key part of the role, but this is much more than simply filming TikToks. You will work closely with our Marketing Lead to help plan and deliver marketing activity that grows our brand, community and sales.

  • Planning, filming, editing and scheduling engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other channels
  • Helping create clear weekly and monthly content plans around product launches, campaigns, key trading periods and trends
  • Creating a strong mix of product, educational, trend-led, behind-the-scenes, team and community content
  • Bringing fresh creative ideas and keeping up to date with beauty, social media and e-commerce trends
  • Supporting campaign planning and wider marketing strategy
  • Assisting with paid social advertising content creation
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns where/if required
  • Assisting with TikTok Shop, affiliate activity, creator relationships and influencer outreach
  • Helping coordinate product launches, pop-ups, brand events and other marketing activity
  • Supporting event planning, logistics, marketing materials and attending events where needed
  • Reviewing data and proactively suggesting ways to improve
  • Providing wider marketing and business support within a fast-paced, growing small team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
