The Business
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious challenger brand at a pivotal stage of its growth journey. With a national launch underway and exciting expansion plans ahead, I am looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Retail Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of a fast-moving team.
Working closely with senior commercial and marketing leaders, you'll play a central role in keeping projects moving, coordinating external partners, managing priorities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you're someone who loves variety, thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys bringing order to complexity, this could be for you.

The Role
What you'll be doing;
- Coordinating activity across multiple external agencies and partners
- Managing project plans, timelines and key deliverables
- Supporting events, activations, product launches and campaigns
- Maintaining trackers, budgets and reporting documents
- Supporting retailer activity including orders, listings and promotional schedules
- Preparing meeting packs, presentations and follow-up actions
- Managing samples, stock requests and logistics
- Providing day-to-day support across marketing and commercial functions

The Person
What we're looking for;
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
- Strong administration and project coordination skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine willingness to get involved
- A creative and collaborative individual, someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table
