Marketing Coordinator
Absolute, the leader in cyber resilience, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the marketing department with various programs and initiatives. Top candidates will possess excellent communication and time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
This is a hybrid, full-time, permanent position reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, International.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the management of partner programs across EMEA, including but not limited to supporting the delivery of virtual training of partners, tracking of and reporting on partner performance, logistical management of incentive program.
- Drive strategic alignment and workflow efficiency.
- Provide operational support for content creation, field and corporate event activities, lead workflow and governance, partner communications and enablement resources.
- Assist in tracking and reconciling the marketing budget, including PO creation, vendor relations, and recording invoice and payment details.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative environment that encourages information sharing, team-based success, and a strong focus on results.
- Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing preferred.
- Highly adaptable to changing priorities.
- Possess strong skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency and accuracy adapting content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Technology industry experience, with preference given to security industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with B2B sales funnels and the ability to map content to the partner journey.
- French or German language skills.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Salesforce/Marketo.
