Join TT Electronics

At TT Electronics, we solve complex electronic challenges for customers operating in demanding markets, including aerospace and defence, healthcare, industrial and automation. Our technologies help power, connect and protect critical applications around the world.

Marketing is a key business partner and growth enabler at TT Electronics. Working directly with senior leadership, business development, sales, engineering and product teams, the function builds our brand, identifies and develops growth opportunities, supports strategic customer pursuits and enables commercial teams to succeed.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team. This role is ideal for a graduate or an early-career marketing professional in a similar B2B industrial marketing role who wants to build a broad marketing career within a global technology business.

About the Opportunity

You will support a varied programme of campaigns, content, events and commercial initiatives. The role offers meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery.

You will be a proactive self-starter with excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work with a good level of autonomy. You will also enjoy collaborating as part of a close-knit global team, building effective relationships across functions, business units and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate trade shows from initial planning through to delivery and post-event follow-up, including booth design, schedules, logistics, suppliers, collateral, lead capture and reporting.
  • Work with business development teams to support target-account activity and customer pursuits.
  • Create, edit and proofread high-quality content for websites, email campaigns, social media, brochures, presentations and sales-enablement materials.
  • Support the development of case studies, customer success stories, press releases, product and capability content, and other external communications.
  • Coordinate marketing video delivery, working with external providers to scope, plan, storyboard and execute projects.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external agencies, suppliers and event partners to keep projects on brief, on time and within agreed budgets.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, project plans, content libraries and relevant customer or campaign data.
  • Support employer-branding, recruitment-marketing and internal-communications activities where required.
  • Monitor campaign and event performance, prepare clear reports and use insights to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure marketing activity and content are accurate, current and consistent with TT Electronics’ brand and communications standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
