Marketing Coordinator – EMEA – Hybrid/Hertfordshire
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote/WFH
International travel expected to execute responsibilities
This family-owned pharmaceutical organisation is exclusively focused on the secondary care sector and specializes in groundbreaking treatments including Oncology, Neurology, and Pain.

The role of a Marketing Coordinator in the EMEA Specialist Care team is to:
- Support the EMEA Specialist Care Marketing Team in the coordination and execution of high-quality Specialist Care (Oncology & Neurology) marketing projects and tactics, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with agreed timelines.
- Coordinate relevant EMEA customer-facing marketing-led events.
- Coordinate Eisai’s presence at key international congresses for the EMEA Specialist Care Marketing Team, including ELCC, ESMO, ADPD, EAN, and ESRS.

Main responsibilities include:
- Working experience in a regional team within the pharmaceutical industry desirable
- Proven experience of organizing medium to large-scale meetings, conferences, and exhibitions
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven experience of working proficiently with Veeva PromoMats
- Sound knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding in processing project expenses
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in cross-functional teams across a wide range of cultures — essential
- Strong commercial acumen with a high level of motivation to achieve team and personal objectives — essential
- Experience of SharePoint collaboration tools (training will be provided)
