Marketing Coordinator - UK and Europe

Location: Bradford, UK
Hours: Full Time
Reports to: Marketing Manager - US Corporate Office

Are you ready to take your marketing career to an international level?

Join The Gund Company, a successful US-headquartered manufacturer with a strong family-owned culture, ambitious growth plans and a genuine commitment to its people. In this varied role, you will be part of our global Corporate Marketing team, supporting company-wide initiatives while also helping to shape marketing activity for the UK and Europe from our Bradford site.

You will have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, take ownership of projects and make a visible contribution within a collaborative, values-led business where creativity, autonomy and global thinking are encouraged.

Role overview

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a broad set of skills, a proactive approach and the ambition to develop with the business.

The role will involve conducting market research, analysing data, supporting business development activity and regional events, and creating localised promotional materials that clearly communicate how The Gund Company’s products, manufacturing expertise, service, lead times and high-quality materials meet the needs of customers across the UK and Europe.

This role would suit someone who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and bringing creative, practical ideas to the team. You will be organised, curious and self-motivated, with the confidence to work autonomously while staying well connected to colleagues across the wider global marketing function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
