Are you highly organised, proactive and brilliant at keeping campaigns, projects and people moving?

Do you enjoy a role where you have variety?

Enjoy data and learning?

We’re partnering with a major consumer brand to recruit a Marketing Operations & Planning Executive into its growing marketing function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing or media career who wants exposure to large-scale campaigns, major media investment and a wide range of internal teams and agency partners.

You’ll sit at the centre of the marketing operation, helping ensure campaigns are properly planned, coordinated and delivered across both offline and digital channels. It’s a busy, varied role where organisation, communication and attention to detail really matter.

Day to Day

Working closely with senior marketing leadership, internal teams and external agencies, you’ll help keep marketing activity moving from initial planning through to campaign launch and reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels.
  • Managing campaign timelines, actions and key deliverables.
  • Working with agencies to obtain updates, reports, assets and campaign information.
  • Keeping internal teams aligned and ensuring everyone has visibility of campaign progress.
  • Coordinating campaign assets, approvals and readiness checks ahead of launch.
  • Helping ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining campaign trackers, planning documents and reporting templates.
  • Supporting the production of marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.
  • Bringing together information from agencies and internal teams to create clear updates.
  • Identifying missing information, potential delays or delivery risks and escalating them early.
  • Supporting marketing planning meetings and following up on actions.
  • Helping improve marketing processes and ways of working across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
