Marketing Co-ordinator
We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Marketing Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of our marketing activity.
We are a growing financial services business with a lean marketing function. Our specialist marketing activity is supported by an external marketing agency and a Digital Marketing Contractor, alongside our internal Go-to-Market Manager. This role will provide the coordination and administrative support that helps bring all of this activity together and ensures marketing activity is delivered efficiently and consistently.
This is a varied role, providing exposure to a broad range of marketing activity including content, digital marketing, campaigns, events, communications and marketing administration.
You will work closely with the Go-to-Market Manager, external agency, Digital Marketing Contractor and colleagues across the business, helping to keep activity organised, deadlines on track and marketing materials and information up to date.
What you'll be doing
Marketing coordination and administration
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for marketing activity.
- Maintain marketing plans, calendars, activity trackers and deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings, actions and follow-ups with internal colleagues and external marketing partners.
- Help ensure agreed marketing activity is delivered on time and to the required standard.
- Maintain organised marketing files, assets, templates and documentation.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, communications and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals of marketing materials where required.
- Help manage day-to-day requests for marketing support from across the business.
Content and communications
- Support the coordination and delivery of content across relevant marketing channels.
- Work with the external marketing agency and Digital Marketing Contractor to manage content requirements, approvals and deadlines.
- Help maintain website content and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Support the production of external communications, including email communications and newsletters.
- Help coordinate marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies and other materials.
- Ensure marketing materials are consistent with our brand and agreed tone of voice.

Campaign and digital marketing support
- Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Contractor to coordinate digital activity, including social media, email marketing and website activity.
- Coordinate campaign assets, copy, approvals and supporting materials.
- Assist with the scheduling and publication of agreed marketing activity.
- Help monitor campaign activity and collate performance information for reporting.
- Support the maintenance of marketing platforms and systems as required.
Events and marketing activity
- Support the planning and coordination of events, webinars, conferences and other marketing activities.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers and external partners where required.
- Coordinate invitations, attendee information, event materials and follow-up activity.
- Provide practical support to ensure events and other marketing initiatives run smoothly.
Marketing data and reporting
- Help maintain accurate marketing and prospect information within relevant systems.
- Support the maintenance of mailing lists and marketing databases.
- Assist with CRM and marketing-related administration.
- Collate information for regular marketing reports and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activity, campaigns and outputs.
Working with the wider business
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the business to understand and coordinate marketing requirements.
- Work closely with the Go-to-Market Manager, external marketing agency and Digital Marketing Contractor to ensure activity is well coordinated.
- Support colleagues in accessing appropriate marketing materials and information.
- Develop a good understanding of our business, customers, products and market.
- Handle commercially sensitive information appropriately and work within relevant financial services and regulatory requirements.

About you
We are looking for someone who is organised, dependable and proactive, with an interest in marketing and the ability to get things done.
You will be comfortable working across a range of activities, managing competing priorities and coordinating with different people, both internally and externally.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things moving. You will be organised and detail-focused, but also practical and willing to get involved in whatever is needed to support the delivery of our marketing activity.
You don't need to be a marketing specialist across every area. We are looking for someone who is curious, commercially aware and keen to build their experience while working alongside experienced marketing specialists and our Go-to-Market Manager.
Most importantly, you will bring a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership.
Essential
- Previous experience in a marketing administration, marketing coordination or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Confident working with internal colleagues and external suppliers or agencies.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable learning and using marketing systems and digital tools.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.
- Good judgement and an understanding of the importance of accuracy and confidentiality.
Desirable
- Experience working in financial services or another regulated environment.
- Experience using a CRM or marketing platform.
- Experience supporting email marketing, social media or website activity.
- Experience coordinating events or external marketing activity.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
