Peachy is the London fashion brand exporting cult Brit-girl style to the world. We create product, imagery and experiences that sit at the intersection of fashion, culture and community.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, creatively minded and has a strong cultural instinct, with the energy to get stuck in and make things happen.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of Peachy's marketing calendar across campaigns, content, social, influencer & PR, email, shoots, events and activations.

You'll help keep projects moving from idea through to execution, working closely with the wider marketing team and other parts of the business. Day to day, this could mean coordinating campaign assets and timelines, supporting on a shoot, pulling together a gifting send-out, helping deliver a brand activation or keeping track of the details that make a project happen.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, commercially sharp and fast-moving. You’ll bring ideas, spot opportunities, take ownership of your work and push projects forward independently, while knowing when to ask for support. The Marketing Manager will help prioritise your workload and support your development in the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the planning and day-to-day delivery of Peachy's marketing campaigns, projects and brand initiatives, keeping timelines, assets and deliverables on track.

  • Support the planning and execution of shoots, events, launches, pop-ups, collaborations and activations, including on-the-day assistance where needed.
  • Contribute ideas and creative input across the marketing calendar, and help maintain that calendar in line with Peachy's product and PR/influencer activity.
  • Monitor competitor, cultural and industry activity, and help track marketing performance and insights across projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing, creative, e-commerce and retail teams to deliver Peachy's marketing activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
