Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator is a contract, remote role responsible for supporting the planning and execution of day-to-day marketing activities. This position coordinates SEO tasks, assists with managing email campaigns, and helps set up and maintain social media accounts and digital advertising initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will organize project timelines, track deliverables, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards. The role includes preparing marketing materials, supporting event-related activities when needed, and reporting on campaign performance to inform future strategy.

  • Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear internal collaboration and effective marketing content.
  • Sales awareness and customer-focused mindset to support lead generation and conversion-oriented campaigns.
  • Event Planning and Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, tasks, and marketing activities across channels.
  • Experience or familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media schedulers, SEO tools) is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Comfort analyzing basic marketing metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
