Marketing Co-Ordinator
5 month Booking
Required onsite in London 2 days a week.
Start - 10th of August.
We’re seeking an organised, proactive and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in the UK Insights Marketing team - helping us deliver the magic of B2B marketing excellence across Kantar and beyond. This role is critical to ensure the smooth running of our marketing processes - spanning finance, the marketing mix, events, PR, internal comms, and stakeholder support, operating as a trusted partner across the organisation.
You'll be working with an experienced, creative and fun Marketing team who champion bold ideas and enjoy what they do. We’re a close-knit group who celebrate each other’s strengths, share knowledge openly, and thrive on creating work we are proud of.
The Marketing Coordinator will act as a central hub for team operations, managing calendars, updating marketing systems, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This maternity cover role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and structured, process‑driven setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the marketing team, including:
- Maintain all weekly and monthly internal and external calendars, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and shared with appropriate teams.
- Supporting diary and meeting management: Book meetings and Team Days
- Support all areas of the marketing mix, with a focus on digital marketing activities and reporting including:
- Social media (paid and organic)
- Email marketing
- CRM: Understand database principles, segmentation basics, and use the platform to create and send emails
- Manage the UK Marketing’s company intranet page, ensuring that it is impactful, up-to-date and regularly shared with key teams
- Manage logistics and support webinars: Work with our Design time on creative assets, and support on speaker management
- Support on logistics as required to deliver Kantar’s in-person events (both Kantar-led and third-party sponsorships) including researching and liaising with venues, identifying vendors and ordering merchandise, arranging payments, liaising with external and internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Act as point person for finance-related support for third-party vendors. Onboard vendors, raise POs, and ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner. Ensure senior stakeholders have clear view of contracts and deadlines. Communicate and lead team on finance ways of working.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, operations or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence with finance systems (Coupa, Candex) and willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with digital platforms (Dynamics 365 or similar CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Suite).
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Positive, proactive approach and a collaborative team mindset.
