About the Role

We live in a digital world. As a Marketing Coordinator within our Digital Marketing team, you’ll make sure our online presence is one that really adds value to our customers’ experience with us. These are exciting times. We’re focusing on building our online presence to help support our commercial growth ambitions. With your help, we’ll do exactly that. You’ll organize, coordinate, and share content across social media, website, and digital channels, to raise awareness for our products and services, in turn strengthening our brand. Much of your success will be down to the relationships you build both inside and outside of the business. And whatever you’re working on, you’ll ensure you carry it out to the best of your ability and within agreed timelines. In addition, you’ll help support the Salesforce team with their projects and campaigns. We’ll also expect you to update your knowledge, by keeping informed with the latest online and media trends. This is an ideal opportunity to build on our growth, whilst supporting yours.

About You

We are focused on strengthening our profile to support our awareness and growth ambitions, and you’ll play an important role in making that happen.

Working as part of the marketing team, you’ll organize, coordinate, and publish content across our website, social media channels, and wider digital platforms. You’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns and projects that align with business objectives, helping to increase engagement, generate awareness, and strengthen the NPL brand.

You will establish positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll also work closely with specialist teams to support campaigns and initiatives that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of allocated marketing activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and in line with business standards and best practice.
  • Coordinate and publish content across digital channels, including social media and the website.
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects aligned to business goals.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely information and support to colleagues and project teams to help deliver successful outcomes.
  • Assist with Salesforce-related marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with specialist marketing colleagues to develop your knowledge and expertise.
  • Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies.
  • Take reasonable care for your own health and safety, and that of others who may be affected by your actions, ensuring compliance with NPL's health and safety requirements.
