Role Overview
As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be tasked with acting as a foundational execution partner for the Partner Marketing team. You will be coordinating event logistics, assisting with Market Development Funds (MDF) tracking, and working with our partners and distributors on co-marketing campaigns. You will split your time evenly, working approximately 50% directly with the Senior Partner Marketing Lead and 50% collaborating with regional marketing leaders and the channel sales team.
What will You Do?
- Partner with the Senior Partner Marketing Lead to execute joint GTM marketing plans across a defined portfolio of strategic partners, distributors, and cloud service providers.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, project plans, timelines, and coordination for EMEA’s flagship partner experiences, including conferences, regional roadshows, enablement bootcamps and virtual ThreatOps Workshops.
- Coordinate the distribution, localisation, and maintenance of partner enablement content, campaign-in-a-box toolkits, sales collateral, and promotional assets to ensure ecosystem readiness.
- Track, measure, and report partner marketing program performance and campaign metrics using Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau and Claude, supporting the leadership team in compiling quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ROI data.
- Support the administration and governance of the Market Development Funds (MDF) framework, ensuring partner co-marketing claims are processed, tracked, and compliant with company policies.
- Manage the reconciliation of the regional partner marketing budget, tracking co-investment expenses accurately and flagging any discrepancies.
- Support the planning and execution of EMEA-wide external partner communications and enablement programs, including monthly newsletters, quarterly webinars, technical updates and the Paladin Program.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the EMEA marketing and channel teams providing support on partner lead generation activity ensuring leads are loaded, routed and followed up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
