The Opportunity
Impact Hub London is expanding its core team and is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our growth.
This is the chance to join a growing and collaborative team looking to build upon their strong heritage and pioneering presence in the Social Enterprise sector in London and beyond.

This role is ideal for a candidate who has a genuine interest in social enterprises and impact-focused work.
Responsibilities
Specifically, they will:
- Create content across digital platforms for Impact Hub London (To include LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters etc)
- Manage social media accounts and interactions
- Engage with community members to create content (including video) for promotion of hub space and events
- Maintain and update company website with SEO-focused content for the blog and identify opportunities for greater reach
- Work with the GM to build a strong pipeline of enquiries across all products including qualifying leads, inbound leads, reports and contact lists
- Identify potential partners, and assist wider business development initiatives
- Analyse marketing metrics to assess the impact of activities, and reporting on outcomes with clear insights and recommendations
- Work with the operations team in the organisation and delivery of company events (both in person and hybrid)
- Connect with relevant members and community groups to grow local engagement

Candidate Requirements
If you have 60% of preferred, and this role feels like it really aligns with you, we’d love to have your application.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of marketing experience, in a digital marketing or content marketing role
- Highly effective organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Confidence with key digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot, WordPress), alongside a desire to learn new systems and technologies when needed
- Excellent written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and confidence in working with, and interpreting a variety of data
- Naturally collaborative and proactive working style
- A strong desire to grow your strategic and business skills, and to apply these within a purpose-driven work environment

Nice to have:
- A keen interest and experience in Social Entrepreneurship, not for profit sector and an alignment with key sustainability and inclusivity issues
- Experience of Coworking, Events or Hospitality market
- Experience within a start-up environment
This role will be hybrid, requiring attendance in person at our location in London.
