WCG is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to drive growth across our diverse portfolio, including Further Education, Higher Education, Adult Courses, Apprenticeships, and Commercial streams.
In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will split your time between Royal Leamington Spa College (where the marketing team HQ is based) and Pershore College, which is your allocated campus. You will balance multiple priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and constantly seek out innovative ways to improve campaign effectiveness and boost enrolment.

- Drive Integrated Campaigns: Develop and execute annual multi-channel marketing plans (digital, print, outdoor, social) in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to hit core business targets for Pershore College and WCG.
- Lead Digital & Content Marketing: Write compelling copy, lead the creation of key marketing collateral, and manage targeted digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Manage Web & Social Media: Maintain and optimise SEO-aligned website content while driving engagement and building connections across our social media platforms.
- Deliver Memorable Events: Organise and execute major recruitment and stakeholder events for Pershore College and the wider group, including open days and award ceremonies.
- Analyse & Nurture: Utilise CRM-driven automation to nurture leads through their decision-making journey, while evaluating digital metrics and campaign ROI to refine ongoing strategies.
- Engage Stakeholders: Act as a WCG and Pershore College brand ambassador, building strong, collaborative relationships with academic clients, external partners, and the wider WCG team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
