Description

The Marketing Coordinator, Skincare Cluster, supports the execution of regional marketing strategies and commercial initiatives across the Skincare portfolio within Travel Retail West. Reporting to two Regional Marketing Managers, this role provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of product launches, promotional campaigns, assortment management, and in-store activations. The role is an office-based role with the expectation to be in the office 4 days per week.

Acting as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, the Marketing Coordinator coordinates seasonal assortment updates, supports sales and marketing execution, manages marketing tools and collateral, and delivers reporting and analysis to drive business performance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution

  • Support the implementation of regional marketing plans and 360° campaign activations across the Skincare Cluster.
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing tools required to support launches, promotions, and retail activations.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure timely implementation of displays, collateral, and launch materials across the region.
  • Assist in the creation and localization of marketing collateral and promotional materials where required.
  • Develop retailer-specific launch packs and activation briefs to support sales teams, Beauty Advisors, and in-store management.

Assortment & Product Coordination

  • Coordinate seasonal assortment updates, ensuring accuracy across all assortment management tools and trackers.
  • Maintain and update key documents including assortment files, tester order forms, discontinuation trackers, and sell-in allocation tools.
  • Support product launch readiness by ensuring all relevant information, tools, and materials are available to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on quarterly pricing reviews and preparation of newness pricing documentation.

Sales & Commercial Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for sales teams, responding to requests and providing timely marketing support.
  • Publish regular marketing updates covering product availability, stock issues, launch timelines, collateral status, and key business updates.
  • Support promotional site execution and locally produced materials required by retailers and commercial teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of business reviews, retailer presentations, and launch recaps.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Produce launch and newness sell-in analysis to support commercial decision-making.
  • Track and report on marketing activity performance and launch execution.
  • Support the preparation of regional event summaries, campaign recaps, and reporting for regional leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting tools to support effective business planning.

Administration

  • Raise and manage purchase orders in accordance with approved budgets and company processes.
  • Track marketing expenditure and support budget management activities.
  • Ensure marketing documentation, trackers, and systems are maintained accurately and updated on a timely basis.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Regional Marketing Managers as required.
