Immersive Experience and Visitor Attraction

We're looking for an organised, energetic and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to join the team behind a unique immersive experience and visitor attraction.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves bringing ideas to life. You will sit at the heart of the venue's marketing activity, coordinating external agencies and partners while working closely with the wider team to make sure campaigns, events, activations and partnerships are delivered.

The Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you will help manage the day to day delivery of the venue's marketing plan across PR, digital, social media, ticketing and in venue activity. You will act as a key link between external marketing agencies, commercial partners and internal teams, keeping activity on track and ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver. This is a varied, hands on role. One day you could be coordinating a social campaign or briefing our PR agency; the next you might be supporting an in venue activations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate our external agencies across PR, digital marketing, social media and other specialist channels
  • Support the delivery of the overall marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and activity are delivered on time
  • Coordinate marketing activity designed to support awareness, engagement and ticket sales
  • Oversee the marketing delivery of in venue activations, events and experiences
  • Coordinate activity with commercial and brand partners, ensuring agreed marketing commitments are successfully delivered
  • Brief agencies and partners, manage timelines and follow up on actions and deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with venue operations, commercial, creative and other internal teams
  • Help manage marketing assets, content, campaign materials and approvals
  • Track campaign activity and results, helping the team understand what is working and where we can improve
  • Ensure our brand is represented consistently across marketing activity and the visitor experience
  • Keep an eye on cultural, social and audience trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

Experience

  • You will be someone who enjoys making things happen: highly organised, comfortable managing lots of moving parts and confident working with different agencies, partners and stakeholders
  • Experience in entertainment, leisure, culture or attractions
  • Experience in a marketing, campaign, agency or coordination role
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
  • Confidence managing external agencies and partners
  • A good understanding of digital and social media marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to get stuck in
  • Strong attention to detail
