Are you a creative, organised marketing all-rounder with a passion for environmental change and all things digital? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our busy marketing and sales team at Meristem Design, a young, fast-growing urban landscaping company delivering climate-resilient and beautiful green spaces across the UK.
Working from our lush green offices in Farringdon, London, this is a hands-on opportunity to build your marketing career in a purpose-led, design-driven business. You'll support our Marketing Manager on everything from campaigns and events to social media, content creation and industry research.
About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be part of the day-to-day support that keeps our marketing activity moving, working closely with the marketing, sales and design teams. You'll get hands-on with everything from Canva designs, video editing and on-site content capture, through to email newsletters and project case studies, while also helping with the analytics and administrative tasks that drive both marketing and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support (with the Marketing Manager):
- Help grow our online presence through content creation and social media scheduling and planning
- Capture content at our various green sites
- Coordinate and support company events, including logistics and follow-up
- Assist in delivering marketing campaigns from planning through to completion
- Create engaging marketing assets, including graphics, videos and animations
- Support the production of blog posts, case studies, newsletters and email campaigns
- Manage our online community, engaging with our audience and industry partners
- Conduct industry, trend and competitor research
- Maintain marketing calendars and content libraries
- Support reporting on KPIs and use analytics to track campaign performance

Commercial Sales Support:
- Identify opportunities within the industry
- Build reports on target markets, individuals and groups
- Respond to and support with inbound enquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in a marketing or communications support role (internship or placement experience also welcome), or a relevant qualification in marketing, communications or similar
- Social media management skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X
- Creative design skills in Canva or Adobe (or similar)
- PowerPoint or Google Slides skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- WordPress (or similar) experience
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts, clients and stakeholders in a confident, professional and positive manner
- Ability to respond clearly and effectively to requests over the phone and in writing
