About Sea Lanes

Sea Lanes is redefining open water swimming in the UK, creating vibrant waterside destinations where people come to swim, socialise and spend time by the water. From our flagship Sea Lanes site in Brighton to our newest sites in London and Portsmouth (Sea Lanes Canary Wharf and Hilsea Lido) we're growing quickly with ambitious plans for the future. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help spread the Sea Lanes story, nurture our audiences, attract new ones and support the delivery of marketing across our expanding portfolio.

About the Role

This is an all-round marketing role, working across every area of marketing within the Sea Lanes portfolio. From swimming, memberships and events to food, drink, private hire and new site launches, you'll play a key role in helping grow the Sea Lanes brand.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Social Media & Content Executive, you'll support the delivery of multi-channel marketing activity across multiple sites. We're a small, ambitious team with big goals, where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone with drive, initiative and enthusiasm who enjoys solving problems, taking responsibility and making things happen.

You'll be supported to learn, develop and grow in the role, with the opportunity to build confidence, contribute ideas and develop responsibility for key areas of marketing. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be proactive and thrives in a collaborative environment where everyone supports one another to achieve great results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Create, send and optimise email marketing campaigns and automations, working with the Marketing Manager to align activity with departmental objectives and business priorities, including reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate and implement website content updates across multiple websites, working with the Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure content remains accurate and up to date.
  • Support our Social Media and Content Executive with content creation, posting and community management, including responding to comments and direct messages.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, POS, signage, presentations and promotional materials.
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing events, launches and other activities requiring marketing support.
  • Monitor campaign performance, producing regular reports and insights to support future marketing activity.
  • Coordinate and progress marketing projects, liaising with internal teams, suppliers, agencies and external stakeholders to gather information, keep projects moving and meet deadlines.
  • Respond to day-to-day marketing requests and enquiries.
  • Maintain and manage marketing assets, imagery and brand guidelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
