About the Role
Over the coming years, we have ambitious growth plans and we’re looking for an energetic and proactive creative marketeer to become an integral part of the team.
You will be joining our friendly, small yet mighty, entrepreneurial team, reporting directly to our Commercial Director, Helen and supporting our Marketing Manager, Anna.
Sitting at the intersection of creative concepting and hands-on content creation, this junior-mid level role is perfect for someone with ~2 years of experience who thrives in managing daily campaign execution, coordinating cross-functional efforts, crafting compelling content, and optimising performance across multiple channels and sales tools.
As a luxury business, led by our designer-founder Richard, the creative identity and execution is integral to our success and reputation. We are constantly evolving and seeking relevant ways to be bold with our visual identity whilst maintaining a consistency that ensures our audience has confidence in their relationship with us and our products.
You will be comfortable across various design outputs – from graphic designing brochures; concepting photoshoots; creating digital media assets and if possible, also be confident behind the camera for capturing some of our own content outside of hero shoots.
Primary Responsibilities
- All print and digital graphic design for the sales and marketing teams
- Ensuring our visual identity is always adhered to across all visual assets we put out
- Planning and executing video and photography shoots, supported by the Marketing Manager
- Digital Asset Creation - working closely with our Marketing Manager and digital agency to deliver the creative assets for our critical acquisition and brand awareness activities – predominantly organic social media / paid digital / CRM
- Including experimenting with new tools, formats and creative approaches
- Ecommerce asset production – owning the creative elements of the Richard Brendon website to ensure the brand and products are merchandised to maximum effect for eRetail performance
- Supporting the packaging design and unboxing customer experience
- Event design and execution – supporting the Sales and Marketing teams with assets, staging design, product set up and content production at events
- Owning the internal Digital Asset Bank – organising and storing all marketing assets for team and partner access

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
