About the Role
Cybersweetie is looking for a creative, fashion-focused Marketing & Creative Assistant to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time role.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely immersed in fashion, understands our customer and feels aligned with the world we are building at Cybersweetie. You’ll have a strong understanding of 2000s pop culture and nostalgia, as well as knowledge of the occasionwear market, and be able to translate this understanding into relevant, engaging and commercially minded creative ideas.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of 2000s pop culture, fashion and nostalgia
- Knowledge and understanding of the occasionwear market, including current and emerging trends, brands and consumer behaviour
- A genuine understanding of and alignment with Cybersweetie’s vision, aesthetic and brand world
- A strong eye for fashion, styling, visual identity and creative direction
- Confident using Adobe Photoshop and Canva to create high-quality graphics and visual assets
- A naturally creative person with strong and original ideas, with the confidence to develop and execute them
- Strong awareness of social media, fashion culture, influencers and digital trends
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the wider team
- A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of how creative work can support brand growth, engagement and sales
- Based in London and able to work collaboratively with the team when required

Responsibilities
- Develop creative ideas for social media, campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Create graphics and visual assets using Photoshop and Canva
- Research and identify relevant fashion, cultural and social media trends
- Support the development of Cybersweetie’s visual identity and creative direction
- Assist with campaign planning and execution
- Develop concepts that reflect Cybersweetie’s customer, aesthetic and brand positioning
- Contribute ideas for social media content and wider marketing activity
- Support the team across creative and marketing projects, taking ownership of ideas from concept through to execution
