Role Overview
We are working with a premium interiors lifestyle brand that believes the most enduring brands are built through a careful balance of thoughtful storytelling, meaningful customer relationships, and commercial success.
They are looking for a Marketing & CRM Manager to lead their customer marketing activity and help bring together the different ways in which they reach, engage, and build relationships with their audience.
Sitting at the heart of the marketing function, this role will have particular responsibility for CRM and customer lifecycle marketing, while leading integrated campaign planning and overseeing digital marketing activity alongside PR and partnerships.
Working closely with Brand, E-commerce, Product, and external agency partners, the Marketing & CRM Manager will act as an important point of connection across the business, ensuring marketing activity is well planned, coordinated, commercially effective, and true to the brand.
The role will also manage a PR & Partnerships Executive, providing dedicated support across PR, partnerships, and wider marketing activity.
This is an important role within a growing business, helping them expand their reach while developing deeper and more valuable relationships with the customers who already know and love the brand.
Why This Role Matters
As the business grows, they have an opportunity both to introduce the brand to new audiences and to develop richer, longer-lasting relationships with the customers they have already acquired.
CRM and customer marketing will play an increasingly important role in that journey, alongside thoughtful investment in digital marketing, PR, partnerships, and brand storytelling.
This role will help bring those elements together, creating a marketing function that is coordinated, insight-led, and commercially effective while maintaining the care and distinctiveness that define the brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
