We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and sit at the intersection of Data, Marketing, and Product.
In this role, you will own and analyse our key B2C marketing data, helping Marketing teams better understand performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. You’ll go beyond reporting: from analysing the acquisition funnel and running advanced measurement studies to improving attribution, tracking, and marketing performance.
You’ll also play a key role in making our Marketing teams more autonomous by building self-serve reporting and AI-powered data products, while ensuring that our tracking and data infrastructure remain accurate, compliant, and up to date.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills in SQL and Python with a genuine understanding of B2C marketing, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data stakeholders, making this a highly cross-functional role with a direct impact on our growth strategy.
Missions
- Own B2C marketing KPIs from a data perspective, ensuring that key performance indicators and supporting data points are accurate, reliable, and available within a reasonable timeframe for weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Support Marketing teams with reporting, helping them define relevant dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance indicators to answer their business questions.
- Analyse the acquisition funnel, from awareness through to conversion, to identify growth levers and provide actionable recommendations to Marketing teams.
- Run advanced marketing analyses to support strategic decision-making, including initiatives such as Geo-Lift studies, attribution analyses, and other measurement approaches. Translate findings into concrete recommendations around budgets, channels, and acquisition strategy.
- Implement algorithms and analytical solutions to support Marketing Operations, particularly around attribution and marketing measurement.
- Improve Marketing team autonomy through self-serve data products, enabling stakeholders to answer their day-to-day data questions without relying systematically on an analyst.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered data products and insights, using AI to make marketing stakeholders more autonomous and accelerate access to actionable insights.
- Own and maintain marketing tracking, ensuring that implementation remains compliant with regulations and aligned with changes across advertising platforms and the wider tracking ecosystem.
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and Product to ensure tracking remains up to date, follows best practices, and provides the data and signals required for effective acquisition.
- Activate relevant data points within marketing platforms to improve acquisition performance and maximise the value of available customer and behavioural data.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
