The Change Partners is partnered with a highly prestigious, globally recognised leader in the beverage sector.

They are looking for an ambitious Marketing Data Analyst to join their Digital Marketing Team in West London.

Working alongside the Data Lead, you’ll collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams—including CRM, e-commerce, paid media, studio, and web platform managers—to optimise the online presence of celebrated heritage spirits and champagne portfolios. You will bridge complex data and actionable strategy to help teams understand consumer engagement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics & Touchpoints: Monitor and interpret performance across digital touchpoints (web analytics, search, paid media) while ensuring strict data accuracy and privacy compliance.
  • Tracking & Setup: Assist with the technical setup, testing, and validation of tracking tags across websites and global marketing campaigns.
  • Dashboards & ROI: Build and maintain automated Power BI dashboards that communicate brand health, campaign performance, and ROI to the Head of Digital and Brand Managers.
  • Search Performance (SEO & GEO): Analyse organic search performance, working alongside agencies and brand teams to review visibility, challenge recommendations, and optimise content strategies.
  • Channel Performance: Interpret data from paid media (Google Ads/DV360/CM360, Meta), social, and owned web channels to map the customer journey.
  • Agile Support: Deliver rapid, ad-hoc analysis to help Paid Media and Studio teams optimise live campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
