Marketing & Data Analyst
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing & Data Analyst based in United Kingdom.
This is a hands-on analytics role responsible for connecting marketing performance, product behavior, and customer retention data.
You will own reporting and tracking across acquisition channels and help ensure business decisions are based on accurate, reliable information.
The role spans the full customer journey, including acquisition, funnels, conversion, subscriptions, retention, and lifetime value.
You will combine analytical expertise with technical tracking skills across tools such as GTM, GA4, Mixpanel, BigQuery, and marketing platforms.
You will investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot tracking issues, and continuously improve data quality across reporting systems.
Your analysis will help marketing, product, and business teams identify opportunities, evaluate experiments, and improve performance.
The position is ideal for an independent, detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and growth.
Accountabilities
- Own marketing and product analytics, tracking, and reporting across acquisition channels.
- Analyze performance throughout the customer journey, from acquisition and funnel conversion through subscription performance, retention, and lifetime value.
- Track and analyze key metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, cohorts, rebills, cancellations, refunds, and churn.
- Identify performance trends, changes, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex datasets into clear reports and actionable insights for marketing, product, and business teams.
- Analyze user behavior and acquisition funnels to identify conversion opportunities.
- Evaluate A/B tests across landing pages, pricing structures, and customer journeys.
- Assess experiment results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor attribution across Meta, Google, internal data sources, and other acquisition platforms.
- Investigate discrepancies between marketing platforms and internal reporting systems.
- Improve attribution consistency and help ensure business teams rely on appropriate data for decision-making.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot tracking through Google Tag Manager.
- Configure and manage Meta and Google pixels, Conversion APIs, and related marketing integrations.
- Support both client-side and server-side event tracking.
- Implement and troubleshoot event deduplication processes.
- Maintain integrations between analytics and marketing platforms.
- Proactively monitor data quality and consistency across reporting systems.
- Investigate and resolve tracking and data discrepancies before they affect business decisions.
- Work with large marketing and customer datasets to identify meaningful patterns and business opportunities.
- Continuously improve analytics, reporting, and tracking processes as the business and acquisition channels evolve.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Mixpanel, GA4, or comparable analytics platforms.
- Experience analyzing funnels, events, user behavior, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
- Strong practical experience with Google Tag Manager, including event setup and debugging.
- Experience with web and server-side tracking implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google pixels and Conversion APIs.
- Experience integrating analytics and marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of attribution across paid media platforms and internal data sources.
- Solid knowledge of CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, retention, churn, cohorts, rebills, cancellations, refunds, and subscription performance.
- Hands-on experience working with BigQuery, GCP, and large marketing or customer datasets.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to independently identify, investigate, and resolve data and tracking issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or another subscription-based health business is a plus.
- Understanding of healthcare marketing and data compliance is advantageous.
- Experience with Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, or other paid media tracking platforms is beneficial.
- Experience with affiliate tracking or Everflow is an advantage.
