🚨 Marketing Data & Insights Manager | Global Media Client

📍 Location: London (Hybrid)
đź“… Contract: Until July 2027

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Data & Insights Manager / Marketing Analytics Manager / Digital Analytics Manager to join a leading global media client and help turn marketing data into actionable insights.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys going beyond dashboards — using data to understand what’s driving campaign performance and how marketing teams can improve results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with Digital Marketing teams to measure campaigns across film releases and digital channels
  • Analysing paid and organic media performance
  • Building engaging, insight-led Tableau dashboards
  • Using analytical techniques such as correlation and regression analysis to identify drivers of performance
  • Working with internal stakeholders and agencies to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Supporting first-party data, audience insights and web analytics initiatives
  • Helping improve website/server-side tracking and data collection
  • Working with modern data technologies including Snowflake and Databricks
  • Identifying opportunities proactively and helping shape the marketing analytics approach

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, data & insights or a similar role
  • Strong hands-on Tableau experience — this is a key requirement
  • Experience working with paid and organic media platform data
  • Proven use of marketing data-stack technologies such as Tableau and Datorama
  • Experience building dashboards and communicating a clear story through data
  • Understanding or practical experience of correlation, regression and other statistical methods
  • Experience with brand tracking and/or audience insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in a B2C/consumer-facing environment such as media, entertainment, streaming, retail, gaming, travel or e-commerce
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach to solving business problems with data
