West London (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Salary: Up to £72,000 + 10% Bonus + Private Healthcare

Method Resourcing are partnering with a globally recognised organisation that is investing heavily in its data and digital capabilities as part of a wider transformation programme. Operating across multiple international markets, the business is modernising how it captures, connects and utilises marketing data to support better commercial decision-making.

As part of this journey, they're creating a brand-new position within the team to build the foundations of their marketing data platform. This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of the journey, shape the technical direction, and have a genuine impact on how marketing performance is measured across the business.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building the data infrastructure that powers marketing insights—not producing reports or dashboards.

You'll be responsible for connecting data across marketing, CRM and enterprise platforms, creating scalable data pipelines, and developing a trusted data environment that enables better attribution, campaign measurement and future marketing analytics initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
