Role Description

The Marketing Data Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coventry. This role is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing marketing and sales data to support decision-making and campaign performance across the business. Typical activities include preparing regular reports and dashboards, tracking KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to marketing and sales teams.

The role involves supporting market planning and research, maintaining data quality within CRM and marketing platforms, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize campaigns and customer engagement. The Marketing Data Executive will also assist with ad hoc analysis, contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes, and ensure that marketing activities align with business objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support strategic campaigns, brand positioning, and performance tracking.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present insights clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Candidates should possess an understanding of Sales processes to align marketing data analysis with lead generation, customer retention, and revenue objectives.
  • Relevant skills such as data analysis, reporting (e.g., Excel, BI tools), CRM and database management, and attention to detail are highly beneficial.
  • Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle industries, or in a similar data-focused marketing role, is advantageous.
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Coventry, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality with business data.
