Marketing Data & Insights Manager – Health & Wellness Consumer Brand

Lancashire - 3 days in the office

Up to £55,000 + Bonus, Healthcare & Pension

A fast-growing health & wellness consumer business is hiring a Marketing Data & Insights Manager - a hands-on analytical operator who can turn fragmented data into clear commercial direction. This is not a reporting role. It’s a building role: dashboards, research programmes, testing frameworks, category insight, and full-funnel analysis that directly shapes growth, product, creative and strategy.

If you want a role where your work genuinely changes what happens next and you’re energized by building structure in a business that desperately needs it, this could be for you. You'd also have a chance to build and lead a team as the company grows.

The Role

You’ll be the analytical engine of the marketing function: building dashboards, running analysis, designing tests, conducting research, and translating numbers into direction the team actually acts on. You’ll work across paid media, social, content, CRM, product, category research and new product development - giving you rare full-funnel visibility.

This role requires someone who can do, not delegate. Someone who builds tools, frameworks and processes independently. Someone confident presenting data-driven conclusions to senior stakeholders across multiple departments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
