Marketing Data Scientist - Internship

Build the growth engine behind the next big FemTech company. 🚀💜

LYNA is building an AI-powered women’s health platform connecting nutrition, hormones, symptoms, and personalised health insights. We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Data Science Intern who sits at the intersection of data, paid advertising, automation, and growth.

This is for someone who doesn't just want to analyse data — you want to use data to make ads smarter, automate growth, and find what actually drives users to LYNA.

What you'll do

  • Analyse paid advertising performance across Meta and other channels
  • Identify patterns in CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS and retention
  • Build dashboards and reporting to understand growth
  • Help automate repetitive marketing and growth workflows
  • Develop systems for campaign tracking, attribution and experimentation
  • Analyse audiences and identify opportunities for better targeting
  • Work with creative teams to determine which hooks, messaging and creatives perform best
  • Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages and funnels
  • Use data to recommend where we should increase, decrease or reallocate ad spend
  • Build simple automations using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs or Python
  • Help turn raw marketing data into actionable growth decisions
  • Work directly with the founders to build LYNA's growth infrastructure from the ground up

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
