Are you an ambitious and driven individual looking to advance your career?

Indevor Group, a fast-growing, award-winning start-up, is looking for hard-working and conscientious individuals to join our high-performing team. As we enter the next phase of growth, we are seeking talented candidates to help us scale and deliver innovative solutions to the house-building industry.

We are committed to excellence, high performance, uncompromising standards, and success.

This isn’t a role for someone simply looking to pick up a paycheck or even just build a reasonable career. We are looking for people who want to become part of our story, those willing to work hard, embrace challenges, and help us deliver on our ambitious business plan while contributing to a dynamic and rewarding workplace.

We value energy and attitude over age and experience. No prior sector experience is required; full training will be provided to help you thrive in your role. This role may also suit someone looking for a change in career and ready to commit to a high-performance environment.

This is not for the faint-hearted. But for the right person, it’s one hell of a journey.

About Us:

Indevor Group is reshaping the house-building industry through innovation, technology, and a relentless focus on results. Our clients include some of the UK’s leading FTSE 100 companies, and we take pride in delivering solutions that drive real impact.

We’ve built a culture that balances ambition with support, a place where people are challenged to achieve their best while being part of a team that celebrates success together. Our commitment to our people has earned us Gold accreditation from Investors in People and recognition in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for two consecutive years (2025 and 2026), underlining our belief that high performance and a great workplace go hand in hand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
