The University of Law is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Delivery Executive

About the Role

The University of Law is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Delivery Executive to join our Marketing and Sales team on a fixed term contract until September 2027.

This is a 0.8 FTE part-time role, working 28 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring one day per week at our Woking office, with the remainder working from home.

Responsibilities

As our Marketing Delivery Executive, you will play a hands-on role in delivering multi-channel student recruitment marketing campaigns, coordinating activity across internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and to a high standard.

As our Marketing Delivery Executive, you will:

  • Deliver marketing campaign plans across a range of channels, including digital, social media, email, print and events.
  • Coordinate day-to-day campaign activity, ensuring marketing assets, content and deliverables are ready and delivered to schedule.
  • Work closely with teams including content, design and sales to brief and coordinate marketing activity.
  • Support digital marketing activity including paid social, PPC, email campaigns and website updates.
  • Coordinate the creation, review and delivery of marketing content, ensuring it is consistent with the ULaw brand and tone of voice.
  • Work with external agencies and partners to ensure deliverables are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide updates and reports to the Marketing team.
  • Ensure marketing materials are accurate, high quality and compliant with relevant requirements including ASA, CMA, GDPR and QAA.
  • Support wider marketing projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Is this you?

  • Experience of delivering marketing plans across a range of online and offline channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience of translating marketing requirements into clear briefs and coordinating delivery.
  • A good understanding of the full marketing mix and how different channels work together.
  • Experience within further or higher education would be desirable.
