The role
The Marketing Delivery team are the drivers of marketing execution at ITV — powering progress, maintaining alignment across functions, identifying risks early, escalating impacts where needed, and adapting quickly to keep activity on track.
Sitting at the heart of ITV’s marketing output, they ensure content campaigns of all sizes are delivered efficiently, collaboratively and effectively. The team’s projects span launch campaigns of new shows and returning series of beloved favourites such as Love Island, as well as brand building campaigns and always-on performance marketing activity driving streaming on ITVX.
Working shoulder to shoulder with marketers, creatives, media partners, producers, strategists, channel leads, publicity leads, this role will speak all these functions ‘languages’ and work closely to support the different needs with ease.
Main responsibilities
- Delivery Manager working predominantly across the campaign marketing side of the marketing output. Project lead for end-to-end content campaigns delivered across paid and owned channels including OOH, Audio, TV, VOD, Partnerships, Meta, TikTok, CTV, and CRM.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans - based on allocated projects and briefs for content marketing campaigns you’ll lead on planning, deadlines, deliverables, leading project meetings, navigating blockers, and overall momentum.
- Juggle multiple projects - managing the end-to-end development of multiple projects simultaneously (often around 6 at once), driving forward each stage, and ensuring each milestone is met and to the highest quality standard and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration - ensuring cross-functional collaboration between marketing, creative, media, strategy, product, press & publicity, production, and external agencies is always timely, clear, and needed.
- Own organisation and documentation - owning the supporting structures of all project-related output - briefs, creative development, media development, timing plans, statuses, slack channel updates, as well as raising finance POs to facilitate media plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
