We are looking for an organised, commercially aware marketing professional to join the team as Marketing Delivery & Partnerships Manager on a fixed term basis covering a period of maternity leave.
This is a highly collaborative role at the centre of our marketing activity. You will bring structure and momentum to projects across brand, sales, partnerships, PR, events and lead generation - making sure priorities are clear, stakeholders stay connected, and work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. Art Direction and Creative will sit with the specialists in the team; this positions responsibility is project management and coordination to ensure assets are delivered on time and with brand quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for marketing requests, managing priorities with the Head of Marketing.
- Build and maintain project plans and workflows in Asana, coordinating approvals and deadlines.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of creative assets, copy and campaign materials across print and digital channels
- Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and key teams, briefing an in-house designer and copywriter and other external partners including agencies.
- Ensure the Sales Team has the collateral and campaign assets needed to support lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Events Manager and Sales Team on brand events and activations.
- Manage operational delivery of Partnerships and work with the Business Analyst to track partnership effectiveness, lead quality and return on investment.
- Lead direct-mail campaigns from planning to delivery and reporting working with suppliers, the Digital Marketing Manager and the Business Analyst.
- Process team invoices and maintain accurate budget and financial tracking.
- Manage the operational delivery of partnerships, coordinating deliverables and events, maintaining contractual commitments and relationships, and overseeing reporting.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to design and implement social media campaigns that showcase Riverstone in line with the marketing timelines.

What you can bring to the role:
- A proactive, collaborative style and the judgement to identify risks, resolve issues and keep work moving.
- Strong organisational skills, with the confidence to manage several priorities at once.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with a practical, delivery-focused approach.
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and with external partners.
- Able to influence, challenge and work closely with senior internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Commercial awareness and confidence coordinating budgets, suppliers and performance reporting.
- Self-starter, able to take initiative but also enjoy working as part of a small but dedicated team.
- Experience using Asana or a similar project-management platform would be valuable but not essential.
- Experience briefing and coordinating work across print and digital channels ideal but not essential.

A rewarding role:
- Starting salary of up to £60,000 (gross) based on experience, plus performance-related bonus

Locations Our corporate office is based at Victoria in central London. Our current residences that are already open are located in Kensington and Fulham. Our next residence opens in Hampstead in north London very shortly.
