Infopro Digital Services Limited Demand Generation Manager

Infopro Digital Services Limited is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join its Red-on-line division. This position is critical to driving qualified pipeline growth, optimising marketing performance and accelerating commercial success through scalable demand generation programmes.

Red-on-line, part of Infopro Digital, helps organisations manage operational risks and maintain Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulatory compliance through a market-leading SaaS platform and specialist services. Supporting organisations across multiple industries and international markets, Red-on-line provides regulatory intelligence, risk management solutions and action plan monitoring tools that help customers improve compliance, reduce risk and strengthen operational performance.

The best of both worlds. That is what a position with Infopro Digital offers you.

Infopro Digital is a global B2B company with 4,000 employees and annual revenues of over half a billion dollars, with a presence in 26 countries. Through our market-leading brands, we serve five professional communities – insurance and finance, automotive aftermarket, construction, retail, and industrials – enabling our clients to make informed business decisions and create new opportunities.

As Red-on-line continues to scale internationally, the business is investing heavily in building a predictable, measurable and efficient growth engine. This role will play a key part in increasing pipeline quality, improving conversion performance and strengthening the link between marketing investment and commercial outcomes.

The Role

As Demand Generation Manager, you will lead qualified pipeline generation across priority markets, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Product Marketing and Commercial teams.

Your objective will be to build a scalable demand generation engine focused on pipeline quality, measurable ROI and commercial impact. You will be responsible for developing acquisition programmes, driving marketing performance and optimising the customer acquisition funnel from initial engagement through to revenue generation.

The role will also evolve to include the management of a small international marketing team, helping to build capability and ensure strong execution across key growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies across priority markets, customer segments and solution areas.
  • Prioritise marketing channels and programmes based on business impact, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
  • Define measurable pipeline, conversion and opportunity quality objectives.
  • Establish a structured framework for campaign performance management, testing and optimisation.
  • Build scalable acquisition programmes aligned with revenue growth targets.

Campaign Activation & Demand Creation

  • Design and manage targeted demand generation campaigns, including inbound, lifecycle and segmented activation programmes.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with regulatory compliance, risk management and operational performance solutions.
  • Adapt campaign execution by market while maintaining consistency across the global marketing framework.
  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and other relevant B2B channels.
  • Manage media budgets and optimise investment decisions based on acquisition cost, pipeline contribution and campaign performance.
  • Implement advanced targeting approaches including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), intent audiences, retargeting and lookalike campaigns.
  • Lead A/B testing across messaging, audiences, creative formats, landing pages and conversion journeys.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
