Marketing Deployment Executive
Location: Chiswick, London
The Marketing Deployment Executive supports the development and execution of consumer-centric activation plans across multiple channels and stages of the consumer journey. Working closely with the Marketing Deployment Manager, this role ensures timely, efficient, and impactful delivery of campaigns that drive consumer engagement and brand growth.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Support the development and deployment of tailored activation solutions across consumer engagement channels, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing consumer experiences, events, partnerships, experiential activations, and direct consumer engagement programmes.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and activation activities.
- Monitor activation performance, track KPIs, and provide reporting and insights to support optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Identify execution risks and improvement opportunities, supporting the development of mitigation and action plans.
- Track activation plans to ensure OTIF delivery and escalate issues that may impact performance or timelines.
- Support the testing and implementation of new engagement formats, activation mechanics, and consumer interaction opportunities.
- Manage budgets, Purchase Orders, invoices, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.

What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in marketing execution, consumer experience, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including consumer journeys, strategy, and campaign activation.
- Commercially driven, consumer-centric mindset with a focus on business outcomes.
- Excellent project coordination, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs, reporting performance, and leveraging consumer insights for optimization.
- High attention to detail, execution excellence, and proficiency in spreadsheets and financial tracking.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; knowledge of social media, CRM, design principles, and strong storytelling skills are advantageous.
