Job Title: Marketing & Design Coordinator
Location: Banbury (hybrid working)
Hours: Monday – Friday (early finish on a Friday)
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Company Overview
Our client is a leading supplier of industrial & scientific lasers, accessories, 3D printers, and additive manufacturing systems, a company known for its distinguished services and dedication to excellence. As part of their expansion, we are in search of a multi-talented Marketing and Design Coordinator. The selected individual will have the opportunity to manage diverse responsibilities, from graphic design to event coordination, and be at the heart of their dynamic team. With a role this central, the opportunities for career development are substantial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce artwork for magazines and online advertisements.
- Manage and update content on the company's three WordPress websites and liaise with third-party suppliers.
- Engage with supplier marketing teams to coordinate joint campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies.
- Create, edit, and proofread content for websites, blogs, and advertisements.
- Oversee marketing budgets and negotiate with editorial and exhibition teams to secure optimal pricing for advertisements.
- Coordinate participation in multiple exhibitions, from small day-long events to large five-day exhibitions.
- Oversee exhibition stand design, planning, and preparations.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Digital marketing experience is essential
- HubSpot experience is desirable
- Demonstratable experience in B2B Marketing
- Expertise in graphic design software, notably Corel Draw and In-Design.
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management.
- Knowledge and understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.
- Experience in event, exhibition, and planning coordination.
- Self-driven with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and platforms.
