Job Summary
The Marketing Design Specialist serves as the internal creative agency for the marketing and internal comms teams, delivering high-quality visual and digital assets that support marketing programs, campaigns, events, and internal communications. This role is responsible for the design, creation, and production of marketing collateral across multiple channels, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with brand standards and delivered on time. Working closely with marketing managers and the global communications team, the Marketing Design Specialist transforms concepts and campaign briefs into compelling creative materials that engage target audiences and drive results.

Creative Development & Design
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including:
- Brochures and leaflets
- Display ads
- Posters and signage
- Infographics where necessary
- Social media graphics
- Animated GIFs and digital assets
- Email banners and web graphics
- Event collateral and promotional materials
- Translate marketing objectives into visually impactful creative solutions.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and messaging standards, flexing the brand to the required audience/market.

Internal Agency Support
- Act as the primary creative resource for the marketing and global communications team, managing multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
- Partner with external suppliers where necessary to manage project workflows from intake through delivery.
- Provide creative recommendations and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Keep skills current and be willing to learn new skills, especially video and AI to ensure that we are always up to date.
Brand Management
- Maintain consistency across all marketing touchpoints and channels.
- Support the evolution and implementation of brand standards and templates.
- Monitor creative assets to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, printers, and vendors as needed.
- Prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions while maintaining design integrity and project timelines.
- Maintain organised digital asset libraries and design files.

Technical Knowledge And Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, After Effects.
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing assets.
- Experience with 3-D modelling software for stand design is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices.
