About The Role

Design our brand with the same craft we bring to our client work.

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Marketing Designer to join our London studio on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on role for someone who believes marketing deserves the same level of craft as the products we design. You’ll turn ideas into stories, bring our thinking to life, and help shape how ustwo shows up across every touchpoint.

Working across Marketing and Design, you’ll create everything from case studies and thought leadership to campaigns, social content, motion and web experiences. You’ll help ensure every piece of work feels unmistakably ustwo: thoughtful, beautifully crafted and commercially effective.

About You

You’re a designer first, with a strong understanding of marketing and brand.

You’ll Likely Bring

  • Excellent typography, layout and editorial judgement.
  • Strong visual storytelling, illustration and image-making skills.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms, with a good understanding of accessibility and performance.
  • Confidence creating lightweight motion graphics and short-form video.
  • The ability to explain design decisions through audience needs and business outcomes.
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging creative tools, using them to enhance creativity, not replace it.
  • A systems mindset, creating assets that scale while keeping the work distinctive.
  • An interest in culture, media and the changing ways brands connect with people.
  • Experience creating marketing for design-led, technology or B2B businesses.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
