Marketing Designer Opportunity
Are you a creative and commercially minded marketing professional with a passion for branding, design, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns? We are seeking an experienced Marketing Designer to join a dynamic team on an initial 6-month contract.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Location: Taunton
- Working Pattern: Hybrid
- Engagement: Inside IR35
- Start Date: ASAP
The Role
As a Marketing Designer, you will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will create engaging visual assets, support campaign delivery, and help ensure all marketing materials align with established brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Design
- Create and maintain high-quality marketing collateral across digital and print channels.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications.
- Support the development and evolution of visual identity standards.
- Manage brand assets, templates, and design resources.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the organisation.

Marketing Campaign Support
- Design assets for integrated marketing campaigns, events, and communications.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver engaging and effective campaigns.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling visual content.
- Support the production of presentations, digital content, brochures, and promotional materials.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with external creative agencies and suppliers.
- Ensure deliverables are produced to agreed standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders.
Marketing Operations
- Support budget tracking and marketing administration activities.
- Assist with process improvements and optimisation of marketing workflows.
- Help coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in a Marketing Designer, Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and marketing design work.
- Experience creating assets across both digital and print channels.
- Excellent understanding of brand management and visual identity.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines.

- Experience working within corporate or enterprise environments.
- Understanding of marketing operations and campaign management processes.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Design, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
