Role Overview

As part of the creative team, you will contribute to the development of compelling visual campaigns and marketing materials that communicate complex financial products in a clear and engaging way. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and brand teams to ensure consistency and impact across all touch points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and design KPI-measured creatives across paid social, display, search, OOH and partner channels.
  • Translate marketing objectives into effective visual solutions tailored to fintech audiences.
  • Create and maintain scalable templates for campaign rollouts, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Support the organisation and optimisation of design workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging, brand guidelines, and performance goals.
  • Adapt and localise creative assets for different markets and audiences where required.
  • Maintain and extend scalable templates and design system components.
  • Localise and adapt creative for multiple markets while preserving brand integrity.
  • Operate fluently within financial promotions standards, treating claims libraries and risk warnings as defined inputs.

Requirements

  • 2 years+ Experience in fintech or financial services (trading platforms, SaaS, or related industries) required.
  • Background in B2B marketing or working with B2B-focused brands a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign conceptualisation and execution across multiple channels.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, including audience targeting, conversion, and brand positioning.
  • Experience creating and managing templates, design systems, or structured workflows.
  • Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI integrations and tools).
  • Comfort working inside a regulated, compliance-heavy environment.
  • Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals including audience, conversion and brand consistency.
