Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week)

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Marketing Designer to define and elevate the visual identity of a fast-growing B2B SaaS business operating at the forefront of AI search optimization. As the first dedicated designer, you will have significant ownership over how the brand appears across websites, sales materials, advertising, social media, and product marketing. You will build and evolve a scalable design system while ensuring every customer-facing asset is polished, consistent, and effective. Working closely with the founding team, you will turn concise briefs into strong creative concepts and bring them through to production. The role combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution across digital and marketing channels. It is ideal for a designer with sharp visual instincts who enjoys autonomy, speed, and seeing their work reach senior marketing audiences.

Accountabilities

  • Own and evolve the company’s design system by auditing existing materials, identifying opportunities for improvement, documenting standards in Figma, and ensuring consistency across all marketing assets.
  • Design and develop landing pages and website sections in Webflow, taking projects from concept through to live publication.
  • Build and maintain a scalable sales presentation system in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and reusable templates that sales teams can edit confidently.
  • Produce high-quality advertising and social media creatives across LinkedIn, paid social, and display channels, creating multiple variations to support testing and performance optimization.
  • Create product mockups, feature graphics, and lightweight motion assets such as GIFs and simple animations for use across websites, presentations, campaigns, and advertising.
  • Manage publishing and asset handoffs independently, including Webflow CMS updates, email templates, and production-ready exports for sales and marketing teams.
  • Translate short briefs, business objectives, and messaging into compelling visual concepts, taking ownership of both the creative direction and final execution.
  • Partner directly with the founding team to establish a distinctive visual identity and make informed recommendations about when existing design approaches should be refined or fundamentally changed.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-moving environment, managing priorities independently and delivering polished creative work with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to establishing the visual foundations of a growing category, helping shape how the business is perceived by customers and senior marketing decision-makers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
